Nephroblastic Neoplasms

      Nephroblastoma, also known as Wilms tumor, is a malignant embryonal neoplasm that is derived from nephrogenic blastemal cells, with variable recapitulation of renal embryogenesis. Nephroblastoma has long been regarded as an illustration of the multiple-hit theory of oncogenesis that links malformations, premalignant lesions, and neoplasia [
